Reid Rooms Wedding Photography February 2018: On Saturday I photographed Natalie and Ed’s wedding at the Reid Rooms (http://www.thereidrooms.co.uk/) where I regularly photograph and am proud to be a recommended supplier.

I arrived at the Reid Rooms on the Saturday morning, and after a wet and cloudy week we were treated to a beautiful sunny Winter’s day, without a cloud in sight! Normally winter weddings are indoors throughout, but with weather like this, the potential for outdoor shots was much greater.

I met up with the bride who was getting ready in the farmhouse.

The groom was ready and we went for some photographs in the lane.

It was time for the wedding ceremony.

After the ceremony we all headed out to the courtyard for some photographs and the drinks reception.

I then took the couple for their wedding portraits utilising the weather and the lovely locations that the Reid Rooms has to offer.

Although it was sunny, it was still winter so the drinks reception was inside.

The meal took place in the main hall followed by the speeches.

We even managed to get a couple of sunset shots, although it was quite chilly at this point.

The couple cut their wedding cake and had their first dance.

I really enjoyed my time with Natalie and Ed for their wedding and hope I managed to capture the story of their day. It was also great to be back at the Reid Rooms working alongside an amazing team of wedding professionals.

Down Hall Winter Wedding Photography: On Sunday I photographed Caroline and Gary’s wedding at the lovely Down Hall Hotel (https://downhall.co.uk/) near Hatfield Heath in Essex. It was a cold winters day and there had been some snow overnight and on the morning of the wedding.

I arrived early for the wedding as the roads were very slippery. Down Hall looked very wintry all covered in snow. I have captured lots of detail shots, and some natural candids to try and tell the story of the wedding, showing the fun side as well.

The flowers were by Daisie Chain (http://daisiechainflorist.co.uk/).

Howard Robbins was the official Toastmaster.

After the ceremony we headed outside for the big group photograph, but as the lawn was covered in snow we opted to take it on the veranda.

The couple were happy to brave the elements for a few photographs too!

It was a late ceremony and the sun went down before 4pm, but that didn’t stop us!

There was a special surprise for everyone after the meal and speeches.

Joe from Lovelight Entertainment (http://lovelightentertainment.co.uk/) was the evening DJ.

I had a great time with Caroline and Gary. Cloe and the team at Down Hall were amazing too!

Hunters Meet Wedding Photography Essex

September 10, 2017 on 12:56 pm | In - Featured Weddings, - Wedding Photographer Harlow, - Wedding Photographer Hatfield Heath, - Wedding Photographer Sawbridgeworth, - Wedding Photography Essex, - Wedding Photography Hatfield Heath, - Weddings, Hunters Meet, Summer | Comments Off on Hunters Meet Wedding Photography Essex | Author Dean Robson

The Hunters Meet Wedding Photography Essex: On Saturday I photographed Chloe and Simon’s wedding at the Hunters Meet (https://huntersmeet.co.uk/weddings/) in Hatfield Heath, Essex. Chloe is part of the team at the wedding venue, which made it extra special as this is also a local venue for me where I am proud to be recommended. I provided a mix of natural, candid and documentary photography as well as a few posed shots along the way to really capture the story and emotion of Chloe and Simon’s wedding. The forecast was for some sunshine, cloud and rain later.

I arrived at Down Hall (http://downhall.co.uk/) where the bride and bridesmaids were getting ready. Down Hall is a large hotel only about 5 minutes from the Hunters Meet.

I then took the short journey to the Hunters Meet.

It wasn’t long before the bride arrived.

After the ceremony every had drinks in the garden and the guests were in great spirit.

After some group photographs I took the couple across the road to Hatfield Heath for their wedding portraits.

We then utilised the lovely garden at the Hunters Meet.

As Chloe works at the Hunters Meet, we had to get her team of girls together for this… “Coyote Hunters re-visited!”

Everyone went in for the meal, just as it began to rain… perfect timing!

After the speeches there was time for some confetti before the cutting of the cake and first dance.

I had a lovely day with Chloe and Simon, and hope I managed to capture the happiness and joy from their wedding day. As there wasn’t a sunset I got a dramatic sky shot instead.
