On Saturday Steve photographed Caroline and Rob’s wedding at the Manor of Groves in High Wych near Sawbridgeworth in Hertfordshire for RT Weddings. The weather forecast had been for light rain but the sky was showing a different story as it was dry and overcast.

After meeting the groom, groom’s men and parents at St. Michael’s Church in Bishop’s Stortford for a few pre-wedding photographs it was time to go to the bride’s home which was just minutes away.

The bride arrived with her brother in a lovely convertable vintage sports car.

After the ceremony there was time for some group shots at the front of the church before moving on to the Manor of Groves for the wedding reception.

The Manor of Groves is a great location for a wedding as it has some lovely gardens and a beautiful outdoor staircase perfect for some stylish photographs.

As well as taking the formal group shots, Steve took some lovely romantic shots of the couple.

I was asked if I could put an effect on the garter shot and make it sepia to give it a stylish look.

There was also time to capture some casual shots before the wedding breakfast, the speeches and the cutting of the cake.

As with all RT Wedding’s it was an all day service right through to the first dance. If you would like us to photograph your wedding then please do get in touch.
