Towards the end of May I photographed this wedding for Laura and James which took place at Waltham Abbey Church (www.walthamabbeychurch.co.uk) and Theobalds Park in The Ridings Barn (www.deverevenues.co.uk/locations/theobalds-park.html) near Cheshunt in Hertfordshire.

I arrive at Theobalds Park Hotel where the bridal party were getting ready on a really warm summery day in May.

I then took the 10 minute journey to Waltham Abbey Church and met up with the groom and then captured the ceremony.

After the ceremony we took the opportunity of using the Waltham Abbey Gardens (www.leevalleypark.org.uk) which are part of the Lee Valley Park for some group photographs and a romantic shoot.

It was then time to make our way back to The Ridings Barn at Theobalds Park.

After the speeches we had a bit of time to spare before the evening party so I took the bridal party for a little walk and we had a right giggle as they were up for a bit of fun.

I was on hand to take any couple portraits or family groups.

It was then time for the first dance and a live band!

I had an awesome time photographing Laura and James’ wedding day and the weather was perfect!

  2. Hi Dean,

There are some fabulous shots here. I particularly love the bride and groom shots, especially the ones taken by the church archway. Gorgeous stuff.

I just thought it would be nice to let you know!

    Thanks,

    Jay
